Used Derek again for another party as we've always received great service and excellent product's. Same again this time! Ordered the rodeo bull, assault course and large slide for wife's 40th party and from ordering right the way through everything was spot on! Both inflatables and the bull where loved but adults and kids and Derek was a great help with fitting us in at relatively short notice. Would recommend to anyone and will continue to use for future events!

On Monday 11th July our school hired DJ Land of Castles LTD for a Fun Day that we host every year (we use these guys each time). They arrived on time, the equipment was regularly checked throughout the day and they were brilliant with the kids too. They explained all the necessary rules that we needed to know for the rodeo bull, bouncy castle, giant obstacle course and inflatable slide. All in all, the children had a fantastic day, the company themselves is one we will continue to use year in year out! We wouldn't use anyone else!!

The entire service was fantastic from start to finish no complications straightforward very customer focused and minimal bureaucracy. WOW … the large slide and under the sea assault course together were just amazing! They kept children and adults entertained all day and evening. Absolutely wonderful service. The assault course was delivered on time, Derek kept us constantly up-to-date about what time he would arrive, and in the days before our hire. We were never in doubt that they would arrive on the correct day and time. The castle was well-maintained and clean. They were aware of safety issues and nothing was too much trouble, everything was done very efficiently and graciously. Very, very impressed and we will definitely use them again the next time we have a community fun day.

I have arranged a summer picnic for a childrens adoption party for the last four years have used DJ Land of Castles. They have been punctual with competitive rates and the bouncy castle has been top quality each time. This year I foolishly booked with another company. They did not arrive with the bouncy castle and did not answer my calls. Desperately I called DJ Land of Castles and they went out of their way to get a bouncy castle to our party. I am really grateful for them saving the day, and the children loved playing on the bouncy castle. I recommend them to anyone and will always use their service for future events.

My experience with DJ Land of Castles was fantastic i am a student in Chester university which is a long way away from where they are based but they kindly offered to deliver to us for a small travel fee as we could not find any other suitable inflatable firm around for the castles that we needed. We was setting up a fundraising event for the campus, we ordered the 20x20 gladiator duel which was fantastic fun for the students and teachers, we also ordered the bungee run and the adult sumo suits. They were delivered an hour before confirmed so that there would be enough time get everything sorted. The delivery staff where fantastic and very polite, pick up time was arranged in case the event overran its set finish time. I would definitely recommend DJ land of castles to anybody and will be using them again soon!.

He explained the safety precautions and what to and not do. My daughter tells me he was very funny and he helped clear out all the balls we added to the castle. I would like to say a great big thank you to dj land of castles i hired the rodeo bull last saturday at short notice the service i recieved was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I only hired it for three hours everyone was made up with it we all had a brilliant day this really made are party!!! i had the princess castle with slide for my nieces christening ordered it the last min as we had to see how the weather was and we ordered it for 1:30 and the lads come and set it up so it was ready for the guest getting there they was very plot and helpful same when they come to collect it very much enjoyed ordering form them and will be using again plus will recommend to all family and friends well worth the money very cheap and reliable thanks for helping make it a lovely day

I hired the Rodeo Bull for 4 hours the other day for my daughters 18th birthday. The level of service was exceptional, the rodeo bull was set up within 10 minutes of the delivery team arriving and the children and adults had a great time with this fantastic product. Thoroughly recommend the low hassle service and great hire prices provided by DJ Land of Castles, Thanks Paul. I will be definitely book again.
